The best Apartment/Room in Hanoi. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. You can definitely go for this place to stay if you want to experience the luxury. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support for your needs. They speak very good English and were very helpful. We stayed at 5 hotels in all over Vietnam and this one is our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. All the furnitures and appliances were new. We will choose this place again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean. A washing machine and a dryer were new. We had everything we needed for light cooking. The staff provided free bottles of water and cleaning. The staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. We communicated using Google Translate, though, but it wasn't an issue at all. There was just one person who spoke English. The wi-fi was good. We had Netflix as well. The bed was very comfy.

It's a modern, very new build. The furnishings, bedding, appliances are all clean and new. Some of the kitchen cutlery was still in its packaging. The location is close to the local plaza, there are plenty of cafes, food vendors, convenience stores. Has a washing machine, dryer, closet space, fridge freezer, balcony. Airconditioning is new and excellent quality, additional standalone fan for air circulating.

Room, large bed and bathroom are totally new and high quality. The bath is large and the Japanse toilet is a bonus. They have daily room cleaning, even for studio’s. The studio is in a quite street in the middle of the authentic Japanese quarter, there are plenty of very nice Japanese restaurants around. We had the best price/quality experience at Izakaya “yen”, almost next to the studio

There are was everything necessary in the room, even including washing machine and drying one, location of hotel also really good, not so far from city center, easily to get by grab taxi or bike and also really huge lotter store is near👍🏻 The owners and employees of this hotel incredibly polite and friendly, always trying to help you with any requirements 💖
